THANKS IPSITA AND ABHIJIT for creating this group and being a key member of this group which is committed to have the community centre up and running this summer..

THANKS EVERYONE who is a member..next, pl do the following;
1. Ask more residents ( owners )  to go for deed of apartment.
2. Ask tenants to pass on  this information to their landlords.
3. Clarify to tenants that only if their landlord has done the deed, would they be eligible to participate in ASECA...and only then they will have rights to be a member of community centre.
4. The advocate will be here on Sunday 10march at 11 a.m ay community centre. Pl confirm back to all by REPLY ALL to this email,  if you intend to be there or will send someone on Sunday to get their dead done.

Dear All,

Great to have you all actively participating in getting your Deed of
Apartment registered. Last Sunday we added 9 members and this Sunday
again 9 members have given their Deed of apartment to be registered.
The advocate will be again available at the Community Centre this
Sunday the 10th of March. Would appreciate if we all contribute in
getting at least 5 members each who can submit documents for Deed of
Apartment. Let’s make a collective effort to make Sushant Estate a
better society, for us and for our next  .
