Hi team.

I want to have a little campaign to get a logo. We have had two good submissions (one from d'auria and one from jeremy), but i would love to open it up a bit more. The stickers should be less than 2" at the widest points and will be least expensive with a normal shape like a circle or a rectangle.

What idea do you guys have for this type of campaign? Is there a good website that we can use to manage the campaign?

I would love to have the final design by the end of the first week of April, Friday, April 8. That one week to get the campaign up, 2 weeks for submissions, and then a few days for the final decision.

What do you guys think?

Also, I want to have a meeting soon. How about next weekend?

I think facebook is really the best.. and asking facebook friends to
ask their friends. (They can easily post an image to the wall so we
should be able to see all the submissions there.)
Winner gets a highfive from everyone at the next wigg party party!

Or we can ask for ideas and just create it from those... i will
volunteer to put it in photoshop if others have really good ideas for
the 'concept' of it.. could post to facebook asking....

" Wiggle Bucks needs you ..and a design for the Wiggle Stamp sticker
to place on the bills of all ye local biz supporters. Help us by
submitting a design, a one sentence idea, or another design we could
use as inspiration. We'll work with everything you give us! Like this
post if you like Local Businesses!"

.. or something like that.

Are we still considering a see-through sticker with a wig to place
over the old men's wigs?

I think we could consider it as long as it isn't cost prohibitive.

It seems crazy that there isnt a little free service for running an
image voting contest, someone should do that.

Next weekend sounds great for a meeting.

Yeah I'm down for a meeting next weekend. I can't do the 26th though...

As for logos/contest, you'd think there'd be something out there we could use. But barring finding an amazing solution, I think facebook will work. I would really really like to see a sticker that features a play-on-wigs, re-appropriating the dead white guys in wigs. My two cents.

Hi Folks,

I've created doodle pool with late morning and afternoon times for this weekend and few late evening options for weekdays:

http://www.doodle.com/ahgmg76yvdv9t64c

Folks that want to participate in the next local currency meeting, please express your availability for different times.

The basic agenda for the meeting will be:

1) Coordinating business proposals and outreach
2) Strategies for how and when to launch outreach efforts
3) Request logos submissions and the selection process
4) Updating Facebook page.

Thanks,
Clint

Howdy,

I looks like meeting this weekend will be difficult.  Additionally, I'm aware that I sent out a doodle pool pretty late in the week.  However, Monday night was free for all that responded, so let's set our meeting for that night.  Details are as follows:

What:   Wiggle Bucks Meet Up
When:  Monday, March 28th at 9:00PM
Where: 1571 Fulton Street (just default - let me know if you want to host)

Agenda (in order of importance):

1) Finalizing summary/proposal
2) Request logos submissions and the selection process
3) Coordinating business proposals and outreach
4) Strategies for how and when to launch public outreach efforts
5) Updating/Adding to Facebook page.

See you on Monday,
Clint

Rich people,
I wish I could make this Alt Currency meeting, but I am busy Monday
eve.

I am interested in discussing the concept of a multi-business
Carrotmob for the launch of Wiggle Bucks.

Will someone be taking minutes from this meeting? I would like to see
what progress and decisions arise.

Godspeed,
Brandon
