Meh.  Looks like it was orchestrated by the SuperBowl Halftime Show Dept.  You can't hear Beck's guitar and the damn video jumps around so much you can't get a fix on any of the performers.  Eminently forgettable...

I thought the same. Seemed to be a bit more imaginative than showing Beyonce's most recent bikini wax or boob job at the SuperBowl.  That was forgettable.  This gave me a bit of a different impression.  Over the top?  That was Bowie...Beck did a fantastic job with a pretty forgettable song.
