I have an ISO of “Pearl” by Janis Joplin that plays without issue in foobar. If I try to extract the .DSF files using ISO2DSD it fails with the message :

libsacdread: Not a ScarletBook disc!

libsacdread: Can't read Master TOC.

Is this common amongst SACD ISOs? It’s the only one I have found so far.

I think that happens if it’s not a retail disc, i.e. made by a “home enthusiast”

Hello Rob,

Do you mean some sort of home authored SACD ISO rather than a ‘backup’ of a retail disc? That could explain why it’s the only one I’ve found so far.

Yes I believe so Peter.
