thanks for your concern. I've had the op and now on the road to recovery. hopefully should be out on Monday - it was hard work initially but now starting to see the light. So grateful thank you.

Fantastic to hear from you!  Surgeries and hospitals aren't pleasant (in this day and age, can't believe they still don't have a high resolution 5.1 multichannel system in every hospital room).   Hang in there, you've been through the toughest part, and hopefully, everyday will get a little easier.  Hoping for a speedy recovery!

It's now been 8 weeks since the operation and , fingers crossed, things are doing fine. I am now getting back to walking a few miles and starting to lead a normal life.
Wow, believe me, heart ops are heavy duty but then well worth it.
I sincerely thank everyone for your concern and lovely comments, here and in other places.
