Next Meetup and future planning

As I mentioned lastnight, I plan to run the next event around the 3rd September. I'll send an email out closer to the time when it's confirmed. This event will be a coding contest. It'll be - turn up with a laptop, form teams, write code, eat pizza (hopefully), drink beer (hopefully) and then enter the ring and do battle. 

Finally, a user group is only as good as its speakers. If you're interested in giving a talk then *please* get in touch - we're running on bi-monthly schedule at the moment so there's plenty of time to prepare. The next 'talk' based event will be in November so you have the best part of 4 months to prepare a talk. I'd love to have a pool of speakers to call upon at future meets, so don't be shy.
