What's up bros and gals - a few quick things we need to be conscious of from now on. Just got a call from the landlord, and she's concerned about the trash in the driveway and the AC units being left on during the week. 

Trash - can everyone make a serious effort to put all trash in (unripped) bags? Neighbors have complained about trash and the trash company actually has called her a few times about this. Feel like this is an easy one to fix. 

AC units - aside from increasing our electric bill for no reason, our leaving the AC units on after leaving on Sundays has been blowing the fuses. Can we please just be sure to turn off when we pack up and leave our rooms? Feel like this is also an easy one.
