Surface Science Western (SSW) is selling our Hitachi S-4500 Field Emission SEM combined with a Quartz PCI XOne SSD X-ray Analyzer.  This instrument, located in London, Ontario, Canada, is still in service and is available for demonstrations. Cold field emission emitter (new source installed 2012)
