Would this be the XR3model that you refer to? I have the manual for
the HV unit for this model (badged VG Microtech). The anode assy etc
only has schematics from what I recall if you required anything on
that as it is much like any other standard assy.
You can also get information from Thermo on this as they still suppy
the source in question (maybe with some modifcations Im not sure), but
I recently acquired the PDF of the power supply manual which I could
forward.

I know this is quite a old post, but still want to give it a try. I got a XR3 dual anode x ray source and have no manual. I know there are different model of XR3, but right now I am not sure about the specific model, so any model will be nice. I had also contacted Thermo but got no reply...
