Work announcement: An AXIS Ultra in Finland is in need of a staff scientist

Dear all,

 

My 25+ years at Aalto CHEM (former Helsinki University of Technology), Espoo, Finland are soon over.

It has been great time, workin with talented people doing quite challenging projects.

The instrument, AXIS Ultra (Kratos, 2013) is the only UHV equipment in the Aalto CHEM BIO2 department.

 

The instrument is still in shape and with a live service contract from Kratos.

However, it needs a new, experienced user, as a staff scientist.

The environment in BIO2 is very international (Finns are in minority there) and the working language is English.

The work is mainly but not exclusively on soft materials, but by no means only on cellulose or cellulose derivatives.
