"Second-hand" sputter-XPS/AES

Dear Colleagues,

we are looking for a "second-hand" sputter-XPS. The ideal system would
be stand-alone, equipped with monochromator, sputter ion gun, and
angle resolved feature. A combination of XPS and AES would be a plus.
We could also consider to purchase a sputter-AES alone, though our
preference goes to XPS.
