Bug: No 401 response code on customer SMS resource when using a browser

Note to us:

When going to https://api.surevoip.co.uk/customers/{account}/sms?content-type=application/json&hypermedia=no

we only return the header:

WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="SureVoIP RESTful hypermedia API"

but no 401 status code, so not browser popup triggered.

curl is fine as you always auth regardless.
