*Position Description : *

- Solid background in Bank product (deposits, cards, core banking,
mortgage, rewards, collections, consumer loans) platforms/systems and
integration context should have hands on experience as an Analyst or
Technical role having worked hands on in such 3rd party bank platforms such
as Fidelity, Fiserv, MasterCard etc. and should understand integration
context of such platforms with home grown systems
- Should have worked directly with vendors/product partners in some
capacity either in Production Support or in DEV/implementation projects
- Excellent written, oral and negotiation as well as Project Mgmt skills
- Understanding of stakeholders and working with various senior
Business, IT and 3rd party product partners and liaising among these parties
- Strong understanding of production context & processes as well as
metrics ITIL certification would be great understanding of Incident
management, Return to Service, Problem Management, Change Management, BC/DR
etc.
- We don t want paper pushers, rather folks who can be extremely quick
in reacting to issues and proactive in getting product partners to the
table to fulfill their contractual obligations in a Production setup as
well as for new upgrades/changes
- Hands on individual contributor who understands vendor contracts/SLOs
and can define stakeholder interaction models, RACIs, processes for product
vendor/client interactions etc.
- Willingness to jump on MI calls, stretch a bit where required and
drive multi party discussions
