Job Title:          Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Location:          Milwaukee, WI

Duration:         12 Month contract with possibility of extension

Job Description:-

• Cloudification program, work is AWS Cloud migration and new Cloud development

• Must have 2-3 year hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Hands-on specifically using AWS services, setting up cloud resources for migration and development

• Key activities: familiar with command lines interface (CLI), Infrastructure as Code with Cloudformation

• Team structure: agile environment, cross functional team - with mix of skills DevOps, Security, Software Engineering/Development background

• Ideal candidate has both Software Development and DevOps experience

• Only considering candidates that can work onsite

Looking for people with hands on prior experience with:

o - Programming languages: Java or Python (would consider JavaScript)

o - Networking, Autoscaling,

o - AWS Cloudformation, CLI, IAM, Lambda, Fargate, RDSM, Code Build/Deploy, ECS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC, ALB

o - Tomcat

o - Container technology; Docker, AWS ECS

o - CI/CD tool chain; CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Artifactory, GIT (Flow)

o - migration from an on premise data center to Cloud/AWS? (If so, what was your role)?
