Job Discription: 
Python, Django REST framework (or any other for building Web APIs).
Create services as part of back-end: message intake and processing pipelines (message flow), REST APIs for front-end, data manipulation (JSON,XML, flat), external services calling. 
Integrate cloud resources for storage (e.g. BLOB containers) and messaging (e.g Azure Service Bus/Amazon MQ).
