Job Description :


Minimum of 8-10 years Salesforce experience

The Sales Business Analyst will be responsible for the following key
responsibilities on a day to day basis:

Assess business process needs and identify technical capabilities needed.

Provide guidance to clients on leading practices and domain expertise.

Interact with Business team to understand new requirements, document them
and prepare the acceptance test plans.

Should be well versed with Salesforce CRM platform.

Participate in client’s Business workshops and functional elicitation
sessions.

Articulate significant gaps between client current state versus desired
future state.

Assist technical leads in perform hands-on solution design, solution
architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and
development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.


Responsibilities:

Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements.

Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business
Functions, and vendors to drive Salesforce implementations/modernization.

Be recognized as a functional expert in Salesforce domain.

Experienced with one or more Salesforce implementations (classic and
lightning)

Should be able to guide business team for proper usability of Salesforce
platform.

Certified Salesforce Administrator

Prior experience with Salesforce Business Analysis.

Good understanding of SFDC functionality with an emphasis on Lightning and
modernization of Salesforce platform.

Functional knowledge of the integration with corporate applications

Functional knowledge of business process design



Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree
