Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
Experience working on integration and system implementation related projects and deliverables
Experience within healthcare and/or regulated environments
Experience with SQL, SSIS, and/or .NET
Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT initiatives in a technical delivery or technical program role
Strong understanding of application systems, infrastructure, and system integration
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and vendors
Strong issue management, escalation, and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a contracted role
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Population Health Management (PHM) within Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
Prior experience with Care / Case Management platforms with JIVA strongly preferred
Experience supporting large projects with aggressive timelines
