Position#1:

Position: SCCM & MDM (Mobile Device Management) Engineer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote for now Later Dallas, TX

Visa: No OPT CPT

 

Required skills:

• Thorough knowledge Architect MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Intune Infrastructure and Co-management.
• Strong understanding of MEM with advanced knowledge of patch management, operating system deployment, application deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 10 servicing
• Experience with complex infrastructure migrations
• Experience in managing and configuring task sequences and OS images
• Experience in mass Win10 rollout and migration of end-user technologies.
• Monitoring updates via Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR), Update Groups, Deployment packages, and other methods
• Design and Plan Application deployments and patch rollout.
• Expert on mobility infrastructure.
• Experience in designing app distribution and management of in-house and store apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Chrome OS, and Windows
• Expert in Documenting project plans, test plans and prepare user communications.
• Create Custom Inventory to gather required Information as per the request.
• Hardware Software Inventory Asset Management Reporting.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skill
• Knowledge on Packaging, re-packaging, patching and application customization using Admin Studio, MS App-V
• Understands and uses the appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems. Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents.
• Must have knowledge of PowerShell scripting that includes writing commands for application installation, uninstallation, registry creation and deletion, files & folders operations, permissions, windows and application service configuration etc.
• Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles and other operational guides
• Collaborates with offshore / onshore to understand demand requirements for clients.
• Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills. Ability to clearly present to management
• Should be flexible with working in shifts

 

Position#2:

Position: Application Package Engineer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote for now Later Dallas, TX

Visa: No OPT CPT

 

Required skills:

• Expert in creating collections in Configuration Manager, incl. filter & target logic as currently used in Altiris
• Good Knowledge on Creation of application deployment logic, incl. dependencies, detection rules, scheduling, requirements, etc.
• Good Exposure on Testing application deployments, validate detection logic &
• removals
• Knowledge on Packaging, re-packaging, patching and application customization using Admin Studio, MS App-V.
• Understanding of complex application deployment and related experience
• 6+ years’ experience working in global enterprises
• 6+ years’ experience with complex infrastructure migrations
• knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 10 servicing
• Understanding of MS MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and Intune.
• Understanding of MSI application packaging
• Knowledge of application installations and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Company Portals and Store for Business applications
• Understanding of software deployment policies
• Understating of Co-Management
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Position: SCCM & Intune Engineer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote for now Later Dallas, TX

Visa: No OPT CPT

 

Required skills:

• Knowledge to Develop and Deploy Device Compliance policies, Device Enrolment features, Device configuration policies. Android Enterprise, MAM Policies, MAM & MAM-WE solutions, Apple DEP, Application Deployment.
• Expert on mobility infrastructure.
• Experience on app distribution and management of in-house and store apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Chrome OS, and Windows
• Knowledge to address operational issues (system and user) within SLAs.
• Maintain, prioritize and implement requested mobility feature enhancements.
• Pilot new technologies and services.
• Good understanding of Documenting project plans, test plans and prepare user communications.
• Good Understating of Project documentation (Runbook).
• Provide end user and help desk training on new and expanded services.
• Deploy and evaluate Windows 10 Management, Auto Pilot, Device Compliance policies, Device      Enrolment features, Configuring Conditional access & Device configuration policies.
• Create reports either through MEM Wizard or direct SQL queries as required to provide metric statistics.
• Administering, supporting and providing EUC Level support for Mobile Device Management infrastructure in the enterprise.
• Thorough knowledge in administrating of MEM, Intune Infrastructure and Co-management.
• Ability to work on Patch management, Package Distribution and release management troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of MEM with advanced knowledge of patch management, operating system deployment, application deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 10 servicing
• Ability to work on Patch management, Package Distribution and release management troubleshooting.
