Responsible for configuring various OTC processes like Pricing, Taxes, Freight, Payment card transactions, Support Contracts, Billing Plans, Deliveries, ATP, customer billing, Serial Number profiles, Licensing, Equipment master records and inbound/outbound EDI.
Ability to independently implement and support OTC functionality within Agile Framework.
