*Job Description:*

- Video conferencing support in Austin location and coordinate with
DSS for other NXP locations
- Own and troubleshoot NXP digital signage solution
- Provide backup support for broadcastper NXP requirements
- Digital signage player deployment documentation and setup
Coordinate with DSS and setting up new player with redeployable PC and
maintain CI in CMDB
- Handle reported issue in Service Now and troubleshoot Digital
signage player & video conferencing issue with vendor support team
- Provide account management for 3rd party conferencing like LogMeIn & WebEx
