Title: Mainframe Production Support
Location: San Antonio, TX
Skills: Mainframe(PLI, IMS, JCL, Easytrieve, DB2) and DataStage technologies

Description:

This position involves Production Support and Maintenance of applications
running on Mainframe(PLI, IMS, JCL, Easytrieve, DB2) and DataStage
technologies. Candidate should have good communication and problem-solving
skills. should be willing to work in shift mode (6 AM - 2 PM CST) at client
location, San Antonio (No WFH/Remote option).

Handling Production Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities
Respond and Resolve Incidents, Batch Job monitoring with in SLAs
Application health monitoring and set up proactive alerting.
Work with interfacing applications for resolutions
Maintain documentation for Production issues and maintain Knowledge
repository.
Good multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

Ability to work with little or no supervision
work with Development team and/or other support teams to resolve
application failures.
work on application maintenance requests

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
