• WhereTo/Concur: Online booking tool is Concur which is being replaced with WhereTo
• Eloqua: corporate email tool 
• Wrike: project mgmt

Skills:

• Ability to Onboard customers and manage task in the process with many teams and systems
• Customer engagement to define roadmap
• Sales cloud & Community Cloud
• Experience with Automation and Quip
