Role : HR Business Analyst
Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Description:
• 10+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of
HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting Operations, HR
Operations.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and
prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 4+ years of experience with Work day HCM system.
• Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues
• Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop
requirements for requested enhancements
• Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and
tradeoffs, and drive alignment among
• stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security
• Experience with Workday core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling,
Security, Time Tracking, and Absence
• Experience with Workday Expenses highly desirable
Responsibilites ;
• Solid understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll and Finance business
processes and their inter-dependencies.
• Solid experience building custom reports in Workday
• Hands on experience with EIB loads including but not limited to stock
loads, suppliers etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
