SAP Lead Payroll Consultant

The IT SAP Payroll Functional lead will manage a team that is tasked with thoroughly understanding the business processes, configurations and functionality and associated data
Well versed in SAP Payroll configuration, Data, and Integration with SAP Finance
HR, Benefits, and Payroll business knowledge is required
Experience leading Sap Payroll projects, including Payroll Parallel Testing and Year to Date Conversions, preferably with Unions
Manage a Payroll Team during mid-size to large size projects
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
Design, set-up, and test prototype and production payroll solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills
Communication and Analytical skills
