Job Description:
 
Required Skills:
 
•             Salesforce.com Admin I and Platform Developer I certifications required
 
•             Salesforce development experience with Apex (triggers, batch Apex, classes), Salesforce APIs, configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
 
•             Experience integrating 3rd party applications.
 
•             Understanding of how to use the lightning design system and work with lightning web components & strong experience in developing Lightning UIs
 
•             Understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of Salesforce applications.
 
•             Database experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL.
 
•             Understand how to implement mixed packages through the App Store.
 
•             Has to lead a team technically – mentor, peer review, share knowledge, come up with design and support deliverables – support offshore also
 
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs.
 
Preferred Skills:
 
Experience with Agile (preferably SAFe Agile), some exposure to .NET preferred. Salesforce test automation
 
Job Description:
 
•             Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
 
•             Expertise in Salesforce core languages: Apex (triggers, classes, web services), Aura components, Lightning Web Components and SOQL.  
 
•             Expertise in implementations covering Sales Cloud, Force.com and App-exchange applications
 
•             Mentor junior team members.
 
•             Collaborate with developers to design and review code
 
•             Custom development using JavaScript, CSS, APIs, and other web technologies/ languages
 
•             Perform Data Migration to/from Salesforce using Import Wizard, Workbench, Apex Data Loader utility 
 
•             Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
 
•             Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools
 
•             Experience on deployment through changesets, Copado and Git
 
•             Understands the data model related to Salesforce
 
•             Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort
 
•             Works independently with minimal supervision
 
•             Willingness to pickup new skills as required – Java, .NET/product platform skills, support testing of stories, readiness to support production releases and readiness to work with offshore team to have handoff calls daily
