Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of solutions.
- Technical expertise driving the creation of digital, email, social, and print campaigns, reporting, and data integration.
- Responsible for Identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on evolving industry standards.
- Hands-on design and develop software applications on the Salesforce marketing cloud platform.
- Ensure the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are monitored by working with the project teams.
- Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
 
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in application development on one of the leading Email Service Provider platforms.
- Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated campaigns in a leading ESP, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Oracle Responsys or Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Epsilon, Acxiom, Yesmail, etc..
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results.
- Required skills/programs: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.com, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite
