Hi all,
We had an immediate requirement please look at the JD below and reply back ASAP.
Role : Sr Business Analyst with ERP/ analytics experience.
Location : East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Duration : 6 months extendable.
JD : 
1.Coordinate with business process owner, IT team (delivery), the IT process BA/POC
2.Discovery:  Lead solution workshops and discovery sessions for global hold process as related to ERP environments and analytics needs 
a.Ability to assess processes across multiple ERPs will be crucial as will ability to understand data lineage and data analytics opportunities to meet business needs 
3.Shape demand:  conduct process/data/technical  assessments, coordinate with IT teams on solutions, costs, design, delivery.  Build the business case and gain review approval(s).
4.Project Delivery: Participate on project teams as BA to influence technology project, solution; own/coordinate on BA project documents (URS, design specification docs, testing docs, etc)
