Migration to Github repository
Writing automation scripts for migration
Co-ordinate with different stakeholders, application leads, repository owner and testing teams.
Understand the tools (current & proposed) & framework and existing in the landscape.
Understand the Data volume across tools, application complexity & their Dependencies/Release info
Perform repository analysis identifying volume, complexity and upstream & downstream dependencies
Define & finalize Scope of migration
Define & draft migration approach, plan and timelines
Prepare tools/scripts for migration
Perform POC migration
Create estimates for migration phase
