Job Title:  Junior IT Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, IN
Duration: 1 year

Position Summary:
Working as a liaison between the Customer Service Diagnostic and Engineering team and the IT team.

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
*  Lead cross-team effort for gathering and analyzing business requirement for the new solution (TO-BE)
*  Transform business requirements (user stories) into IT Requirements while recommending improvements to the system
*  Documenting system test cases and executing them.
*  The person will work on a regular basis with the business and IT teams (as mentioned above) and will be required to make occasional presentations on the status of the project and his/her recommendations and plan.

Position Requirements:
*  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
*  Minimum 3-4 years of IT background/experience is required
*  Should have worked previously in an IT Business Analyst capacity where they acted as a liaison between the IT and business teams in an agile project; being able to translate business requirements and user stories into technical specification.
*  Experience with standard industry Application Lifecycle management tool.
*  Creating system models – Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams etc.
*  MS Visio
*  Previous experience with Service Tools, while not required for this position, is a desirable, nice to have skill.
