The Primary skillset is IBM workbench administration and support.
 
·         The Candidate should have been certified in IBM workbench
·         The candidate should be aware of Workbench Admin process for creating user types, communication profiles, Task manager, RAM automation trigger related activities.
·         The candidate should be aware of different HR Statuses during recruitment lifecycle within Kenexa BrassRing.
·         The candidate should be aware of the recruitment process/stages from creating requisition to candidate on-boarding process using Kenexa BrassRing thoroughly.
