Job Descripition :- 
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:-
· Identify, analyze and develop functionality using the Force.com platform.
· Responsible for programming and software development using the following languages: Apex, Visualforce, Aurora, and JavaScript.
· Work closely with Technical Lead for drafting the functional and technical design Develops and configures functionality as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements. Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
· Ensures documentation is well maintained. Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough testing. Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
· Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis Improves skills in Force.com products by completing vendor certifications.
· Lead and mentor junior developers with responsibilities to conduct code reviews. 
 
Basic Qualifications:
· A minimum of seven years of Application Development experience in Java, JavaScript, C# or other OOP Programming Language
· A minimum of five years of Salesforce Development
· A bachelor s degree or relevant work experience
· Experience and Knowledge to articulate the business requirement to salesforce developers through required process maps and documentation 
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience with Salesforce or other CMR Applications Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification
· Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML Methods and building RESTful Services
· Experience with SQL and databases 
Professional Skill Requirements:
· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
