Mobile Apps Tester
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Boston, MA

Job Description:
· 3 years of experience in native mobile applications testing
· 2 year of experience in writing test plans, and test cases
- Excellent problem-solving skills
· Experience analyzing and monitoring server behavior and bottleneck identification
· Experience scoping new features and identifying dependencies
· Experience coding in Java or analyzing Java log
· Hands-on experience in API testing
· Hands-on experience in database testing
· Hands-on experience developing automation test script for mobile or tablet devices
· Programming experience in Soup UI, Selenium or Appium
· Ability to derive, review and execute test cases at various quality assurance levels
- Ability to meet commitments and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
· Demonstrable experience integrating test activities on a Scrum team
· Flexibility to work either independently or as a team player and exhibita positive attitude
· Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
· Experience with tools to manage defects and test cases
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
· Disciplined approach to testing and documentation
- Must be able to communicate and work with an offshore team
Preferred Skills:
· Experience testing applications that support BT/BLE/WiFi peripherals
· Experience with quality management systems for medical devices
· Experience improving test processes
· Ability to propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product
· Ability to carefully examine requirements and specifications to anticipate quality issues and provide timely feedback when specifications are incomplete or inaccurate
Education:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience
MS in Computer Science preferred
