Immediate Requirement for US Bench Sales Recruiters(US Staffing)
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
No of positions for Experience: 5
Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

* 3 to 5 years of experience required in US IT recruitment for clients in the USA
* Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
* Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc)
* Strong communication skills.
* Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals etc.
Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
* Broadcasting the consultant's profile and the company's Holist on a periodical basis.
* Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
* Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
* Prepare the consultants for the end-client interviews.
* Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.
* Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
* Maintaining Good interpersonal Relations with the Client and the Vendors.
* Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relationship with them
