Technology Java Shift Day 9 AM TO 5 PM IST 8
Roles & Responsibilities Java/J2EE 8+ years of experience in Java web application environment.
Should have proven Production Support experience in Java web application environment. 
Should have thorough understanding of Incident Management Problem Management & Change Management processes Should have excellent communication skills . 
Good Oral and Written Communication skills is a must. 
Should have worked in a production support team involving Application Monitoring Incident Management Problem Management sub-streams.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:Should be able to work with Cross functional teams
To perform Root cause analysis for the Problem Tickets. 
Managing Service Now queue for the team and ensuring compliance to Response & Resolution Servce Level Agreements. 
Should be able to engage the right team and to drive the Major Incident Bridge calls to resolution .
Maintaining and updating technical documents and standard operatng procedures in the knowledge repository.
