Lead data analytics projects and collaborate with cross functional business and data analytics stakeholders to turn business requirements into consumable data reports.
Perform complex data and business process analysis to identify opportunities to drive marketing funnel throughput, conversion and efficiency.
Perform Data modeling, Data extraction through ETL (Funnel) and SQL
Design, develop and establish marketing KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive efficiency and performance
Ability to perform/own reoccurring and ad-hoc business intelligence projects
Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmarks pertaining marketing performance and successful staffing outcomes
Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Connecting/ Maintain Marketing Data Sources
Troubleshooting Data Sources W\ Funnel support
Monitor the Funnel application to ensure availability
Engage with Funnel and other parties to resolve identified issues
Ensure data flows from Funnel to the Data Platform are operating in alignment with established SLAs for timing, comprehensiveness of data sources, and quality of individual data sources and/or objects
