Job
Description:
1) Seasoned tester, who can understand end to end landscape and
integrations for HRIS, understand the requirement and write test scripts (that
covers the scope and scenarios) and test the same (manually).
2) Person should understand integration testing - middleware (perhaps perform
job runs steps), FTP,
HRIS - Success Factors - usage for staging data (preferred), Data comparison /
analysis skills (MS Excel VLOOKUP or similar).
3) Should be familiar with testing tools (HPALM, Xray) and good to have Jira
knowledge
4) Good communication and co-ordination skills.
