A few things to know:

Use the same Google account on your phone that you used to join the group. If your phone is signed in with a different Gmail, the Play Store will say the app isn't available.
It can take up to a few hours after joining the group before the install link works. If you see "item not found" or "not available in your country," wait a bit and try again.
Once installed, please open the app a few times over the next 2 weeks and try the main features (logging loads, viewing dispatch sheets, IFTA reports, DQF). Even short sessions help a lot.
Feedback is gold — anything that's broken, confusing, or missing, just reply here or message me directly. I ship updates fast and will credit you in the release notes.
