Position: Lead QA Tester/Analyst
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ months
2 time F2F must after telescreen
Skills:
1 At least 4 years of experience in Leading a team of 3-5+ QA
resources (on and off shore) - Must be willing to work flexible hours
as they will be dealing with an Offshore team. This may require
scheduling meetings at 7am or on occasion meetings at 11pm (The off
hours work can obviously be done from home). This team will grow over
time.
3 Experience writing test strategies, system and user acceptance
test plans and documenting test results.
4 Must have experience with Investment application experience such
as Fixed Income, Trading, Portfolio Management, or Compliance tools.
5 Agile Methodology Experience is a MUST.
6 Experience with Back end testing using SQL/PL SQL is required.
7 Should be familiar with Quality Center but they will not be doing
hands on automation testing.
8 Must be able to do occasional travel to Marlborough, MA on an as
needed basis.
