MOD Night Daily Report on Wednesday, January 14th 2015 :

1. Checked banquet event order and meal schedule for today and
tomorrow functions

2. Coordinated with afternoon supervisor about function today

3. Checked room GC 339 and 340 by operational staff, on progress

4. Shutting down floor : CHB floor

5. Running errand to checked giant banner and billboard at
HSTH,Sempur, MCD Lodaya and Tol
Jagorawi

6. Coordinated with SBTH MOD about update in-house and condition

7. Monitoring staff activities, all activities are running well

8. Monitoring and Controlling HSTH area

9. Checked broken bulb, Temperature AC in all hotel area and shutting
down electricity,

10. Checked meeting room, See Attachment for the details.

11. Checked operational vehicles, all vehicles in normal condition.

12. Checked incoming e-mail

13. Checked toilets and public area

14. Coordinated with Kanari Cafe staff to prepare breakfast at Kanari
Cafe

15. Coordinated with FB staff (kitchen staff) to prepare breakfast at
HSTH for 73 pax

16. Monitoring breakfast at Kanari Cafe, went well

17. Hand over some information with morning supervisor

18. In House :

HSTH : 38 rooms,73 pax at 07.00
SBTH : 8 rooms,15 pax at 07.00
