Hope you get some response to this. There are a couple of resources
on the SupportBlogging.com website for video blogging.
I don't know much about video blogging, I think that the work being
done in the shantytowns of Rio though "Vamos Blogar" is often video
blogging because of low literacy rates. I believe I recall hearing
that the woman doing that project has the kids corresponding with
Stanford students.

What sort of info are you seeking? How to on creating video podcasts,
how to build a video blog, tools, infrastructure (i.e. how and/or where
to host). If you can provide a little more context I'm sure there are
folks here who can help.
