Foreign Characters not parsing

Hi Matt,

I have an issue with character encoding not getting thru:

https://rancor.nocdirect.com/~jjoomlag/tests/test.html (shows the characters fine) yet after parsing as per below we get those strange characters:

$qp = qp('https://rancor.nocdirect.com/~jjoomlag/tests/test.html');

echo $qp->top()->html();

Thank you greatly for any advice you can give on this.

I tried this and it clears up some of the issues, but other text remains garbled:

$qp = qp('https://rancor.nocdirect.com/~jjoomlag/tests/test.html');

echo mb_convert_encoding($qp->top()->html(), 'iso-8859-1', 'auto');
