"Auto Generating" meta field

Hi,

Evaluating MetaDrive and Wondering if there is a way to add a field which is an "Auto Generating" not editable field. My use case is to have a field called "Document Id" which is uniquely identifies the document and is not editable.

Hello,

Currently you cannot create a field with that settings. Anyways, Metadrive customers can influence our road map, so we could estimate the effort it would take for us to add that functionality and include it in that case.

Thank you for your response. Will be curious to see if your other customers have a similar needs. Will keep an eye on the next change log :)
