Enotify crashes immediately after applying jan 2026 security patch android 15

Just applied january 2026 security patch to android 15 on samsung s21 ultra and app immediately crashes upon startup.  Tried clearing cache but no change.

Anyone know how to fix this?  I also checked on a different phone running android 16 security patch feb 2026 and enotify still runs, however when i try to export the settings it gets permisión denied even though all requested permissions granted.
