I tried buying a plugin (unlimited message length) from within the app twice, but the transaction is always rolled-back by Google. Can you help me figure out how to buy the plug-ins from you?

Thanks for letting us know about this, and sorry you’re running into the purchase issue. We’re actively looking into what’s causing Google to roll the transaction back, and we’re testing a few different possibilities on our end.

any update ony the purchasing issue on the playstore? Or can I also buy the plugins in a different way than from playstore?
