Over 5 years of experience with the following technologies: 

* JAVA 

* JSP 

* Servlet 

* JDBC 

* DB2 

* IBM WSAD or IBM RAD + 

* WebSphere Application Server 

* Web Development Experience 

* HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML 

Available to contribute to: 

* Code Reviews 

* Unit testing 

* Integration Testing 

* System testing 

Experience implementing or interacting with the following in a production environment: 

* Front End Swing design and development * 

* Object/Relational persistence 

* Error and Exception Handling + 

* Java/JEE Application Stacks & Frameworks 

* Java serialization via HTTP * 

* Cache Management * 

* Version control 

Professional skills: 

* Able to capture and document functional and technical requirements. 

* Involved in the development life cycle Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation. + 

* Able to perform requirement analysis and documentation of workflows & functional diagrams 

* Has authored and performed Unit and Integration Tests. + 

Other: 

* Can perform lead and supportive role 

* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills + 

* Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) or at least could pass the test
