Would computing things on the ETH Euler system help?

After lurking in the shadows a bit and a few interesting thoughts and conversations I had about the topic with some friends, I decided it is finally time to chip in and help out a bit.

So here's the deal: Since I have access to ETHs Euler system (https://scicomp.ethz.ch/wiki/Euler) I'd like to offer to run computing heavy code that might help solve some of the current problems. (Yes, conditions would very much apply!)

Now while I've read a bit in to the super permutation problem, the whole thing isn't really my expertise. So my question would be, would running code on such a system even help and would that be appreciated?
