• Extensive Business Process Experience in at least one of these functional areas. Order Management, Supply Chain Management-Prefer workflow knowledge for these, too.
• Able to self manage multiple tasks and priorities based upon urgency and impact.
• Acts in a global capacity, with intimate knowledge of global objectives and understanding of how all departments interact to achieve company-wide objectives.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking to manage complex projects and issues.
• Ability to communicate to at all levels of Nucor.
• Ability to lead others and provide guidance and knowledge to advance team development.
• Ability to lead teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.
• Ability to effectively document and track all changes as necessary.
• Ability to recognize the impact of an issue and convey urgency as necessary.
• Delivers solutions and decisions that have a positive, far-reaching, and comprehensive organizational impact, influencing future events and directions.

 

Technical Skills

• Extensive Experience Implementing and/or Supporting Oracle EBS or an ERP, MES solution.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions across multiple process areas.
• Advanced Business and/or Technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, MES, related modules, tools and methods.
• Advanced ability to independently resolve complex issues and problems.
