JOB DESCRIPTION
Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant assesses a
project’s Business solution feasibility and implementation roadmap. They are
responsible for designing and implementing Redwood for HCM Modules like HCM
Core, TA, TM, etc.. In addition, they define the structure. A lead who needs to
know all the different aspects of Business Solution Delivery and have robust
application knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Should have deep
expertise in Redwood and personalization in HCM Suite.
- Must have Expertise in
Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements
documentation related to Redwood, Developer and Admin responsibilities.
- Prepare functional
design and work with the Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should understand the
interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning
management.
- Experience in
implementing core HR and Oracle recruitment is desired.
- Must have excellent
presentation, written, and oral communication and problem-resolution
skills.
Required Skills.
- Primary Modules: Oracle
HCM Core , Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with
clients and team members.
- Strong consulting
experience and analytical skills to guide the implementation team to lead
fit-gap analysis, business process designs, define testing strategy and
cutover activities
- Leading practices
knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty
or industry Qualifications.
- 8+ years of experience
in management consulting with at least three Cloud implementations.
- Education: BS,
Accounting or related educational degree Bachelor’s Degree.
- Two or more active
Oracle Cloud Module certifications.
