We are looking for Core Scrum Master 

Role :Scrum Master

Location : Waltham, MA (Onsite)

Duration :12+ Months

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Scrum Master requirements:

• Servant leader that helps the team self-organize
• Coach teams on Agile practices
• Remove impediments
• Facilitate PI Planning
• Maintain PI Planning templates
• Maintain Jira Align data

 

PI Activities

• Understands Agility & enforces processes at Team level
• Assists Product Owner
• Helps develop and maintain the Product Backlog
• Facilitates collaboration between team members and the Product owner as necessary

• Removes impediments to progress

• Surface and remove impediments for the Team and Product Owner
• Frees up Team to focus on building valuable product increments

 

Scrum Activities

• Facilitates process meetings, including Daily Standup, Team Planning, Team Demo, Team Retrospective
• Team size 5-9 developers per scrum master
• May be asked to work across 1-2 teams

 

Qualifications:

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certified
• SAFe certified

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Preference for eastern / central time zones; mountain or pacific OK for the right candidate if they can work EST hours
• Ability to travel quarterly to attend PI Planning.
