This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement
for a client who is 2nd largest staffing company in USA. The job requires your
expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud with specific experience in supporting US Cloud
Payroll processes. You will be working closely with business users and IT
experts to support Oracle fusion landscape comprising of Oracle Cloud HCM,
Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS extensions. The job
offers opportunity to show your expertise in bringing efficiencies in business
as well as IT processes.
Your
role
- Ensure
smooth functioning of Fusion application with Hire to Retire and Total
Rewards related business processes.
- Work
with business leaders to identify pain areas and cumbersome process and
provide better solution to address those.
- Work
with business users to help troubleshoot issues arising out of
customizations and delivered functionality
- Advise
business users on the impacts of adopting newly released features through
quarterly patching by Oracle
- Provide
seamless production support, addressing HCM and Payroll related issues or
process flaws
- Liaise
with Oracle for any issues in Vanila solution
- Drive
efficiencies
Your
skills and experience
- 12 to 14
years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud offers, specific expertise
in supporting US Cloud Payroll module is a must
- Lead
business process workshops and advised the client on the impacts of
adopting the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution.
- Experience
in PaaS components, integrating with Oracle Fusion HCM Suite
- Experience
in integrating Payroll with Absence and OTL, Benefits, and Oracle ERP
Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules)
- Must
have a good understanding in Fast Formulas and should be able to convey
the details to the technical team.
- Familiarity
with technologies supporting various HR disciplines, including HRIS (HR
Job Management, HR Org Management, HR Master Data, Compensation, Benefits,
etc. ), Talent Acquisition, Talent Development (Learning and Performance
Management), Onboarding, Engagement, HR Operations
- Experience
of Support during System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing,
Payroll Parallel testing, and Post Go-Live support.
- Should
have conducted Train the Trainer sessions and prepare Functional user
guides for ESS, MSS, and Admins.
- Should
have experience working on Onshore/Offshore model
- Good
understanding on Service level agreements framework
